We've seen tiny projector before but this half inch thick one from 3M claims to be capable of displaying an image some 40" (100cm approx.) in size and at VGA (640 x 480) resolution. With this specification and its small size the projector could fit into a PDA, camera or other handheld device and show very respectable images . . .
